Job Summary
Lead financial due diligence engagements end-to-end for high-growth clients within KPMG's Mid-Market Deals Advisory in Melbourne; partner with senior stakeholders and clients; contribute to strategic direction and growth of the team; mentor talent and strengthen KPMG’s presence in mid-market deals; responsibilities include overseeing due diligence, delivering high-impact outcomes across mid-market transactions, and coaching team members. Requires strong commercial judgement, ability to build trusted client relationships, and a focus on developing talent through clear communication and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Commerce, Finance, or related discipline
- CA / CPA or equivalent professional qualification (preferred)
- Extensive experience in transaction services / deals / financial due diligence
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills (Excel essential)
- Proven track record managing multiple engagements and deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management across internal and external environments
