Job Summary
Lead and manage enterprise-scale data integration programs (re-platforming and migrations) across global environments, design and implement data integration solutions, ensure data quality and governance, and provide strategic guidance on integration design and prioritization. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership, influence governance forums, and drive data-driven decision-making. Requires strong leadership, extensive experience in data integration tools (ETL, API, middleware), and a background in pharmaceutical or healthcare data ecosystems; 12-15 years of program leadership and a track record of delivering complex data integrations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- A master's degree is preferred
