Job Summary
Associate Director, Data Analytics & AI - Solution Architect role based in Hyderabad. Leads design and evaluation of scalable architectures across Data & Analytics, Intelligent Automation, and AI domains; drives governance, architecture roadmaps, and adoption of GenAI and self-service analytics. Partners with developers, product owners, and architects to ensure integration and compliance; champions DevSecOps, platform automation, and modern engineering practices. Requires 10+ years in solution architecture and data/platform design, strong leadership and stakeholder communication, and a bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field. Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India; Flexible work arrangements with Hybrid model; visa sponsorship noted; operates within SOX, GxP, and data privacy constraints.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years of IT experience spanning solution architecture, systems integration, and end-to-end system design across data, application, and platform layers
- Strong understanding of IT, Solution & Data architecture principles, data platforms, business process management and enterprise technology reuse
- Skilled in defining high-level requirements, guiding solution decisions, and providing architectural blueprints for engineering teams
- Proficient in Data and Analytics platforms, Intelligent Automation tools, Artificial Intelligence technologies and platforms, Data Lakehouse architecture, Data quality, Lineage & Cataloging tools
- Familiarity with cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, observability, infrastructure as code, GenAI, machine learning lifecycle, intelligent automation platforms, and orchestration frameworks
- Deep understanding of SDLC, SOX, GxP, and data privacy regulations in enterprise environments
- Strong leadership in strategic planning, innovation, talent development, and execution excellence
- Preferred qualifications include TOGAF or related architecture credentials
- Experience in Life Sciences or regulated industries
