Job Summary
Associate Director leading and delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) engagements in a true player–coach role. Hands-on configuration and customization of CE applications and the Power Platform to meet complex client needs, translated into clear functional specs and architecture recommendations. Own delivery quality and risk across multiple concurrent engagements, collaborating with US-based leaders, mentoring Supervisors and Associates, and guiding data migration, integrations, security models, and ALM strategy. Facilitate design reviews, demos, and solution walkthroughs; ensure post-go-live support and governance, while maintaining exceptional client experience across time zones in a global delivery model.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of hands-on functional experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
- Strong experience leading multiple concurrent Dynamics 365 CE projects in a consulting environment
- Hands-on configuration and customization across the CE suite (Customer Service, Omnichannel Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, Field Service, Project Operations)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Power BI, Power Apps)
- Solution design and architecture across CE, integrations, and surrounding Microsoft cloud services
- Business process mapping and requirements analysis for CE apps
- Environment and ALM management (solutions, pipelines, managed environments)
- Mentoring, coaching, and developing junior consultants
- Excellent written and verbal English communication with executive presence
- Experience working in global delivery models with onshore/offshore stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet delivery commitments
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform preferred
- Actively pursuing and maintaining Microsoft certifications encouraged
