Job Summary
Associate Director for Cybersecurity Posture, Hygiene and AI leading a global security program focused on posture, hygiene, and AI-enabled workflows. Responsibilities include defining strategy, governance, and metrics; managing a multidisciplinary team; driving continuous improvement through configuration hygiene, remediation planning, and AI-enabled monitoring; maturing a CIS Top 18 -aligned control framework; collaborating across infrastructure, cloud, identity, network, endpoint, application, and AI engineering teams; and delivering executive-ready dashboards and playbooks to enable secure-by-default designs and safe adoption of AI technologies. Key skills include enterprise security posture management, configuration hygiene, risk management, security controls and governance, AI/ML security concepts, cloud and on-premise security, leadership and people-management capabilities, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to translate findings into preventive, systemic improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 9+ years of experience or equivalent
- Masters or PhD with corresponding experience optional
- Proven leadership in cybersecurity
- Experience implementing an AI security program
- Expert knowledge of security technologies and risk management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Certifications such as CISSP or CISM desirable
