Job Summary
Senior client success leader responsible for driving strategic account outcomes, strengthening enterprise client relationships, and ensuring clients realize maximum value from Moody’s solutions within the Broker Market Segment. Lead strategic account plans in partnership with Moody’s sales team; retain and grow revenue by understanding client priorities; design and execute measures to protect/grow client revenues; build relationships across client organizations including executives and end users; lead client projects such as model evaluations, value of risk development, workflow best practices, and API integrations; provide change management and release management support; manage onboarding, adoption, and ongoing client engagement; design and deliver tailored solutions using deep product and client knowledge; develop and execute client training plans in coordination with product, training, and support teams; represent Moody’s at client meetings and industry events; travel as required to support client and business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a strong academic track record
