Job Summary
Mitigate risk, optimize assets, and recycle capital while supporting new origination through strategic solutions for Portfolio Solutions, Agency, Structured Finance Syndications, Sub-Participations, Credit Insurance, and Asset sales. Manage the risk profile of the book and ensure originated assets are structured to maximize future distribution options and optimum capital treatment. Provide ongoing day-to-day management of distribution strategies and agency activities for syndicated facilities, ensuring effective segregation of duties. Collaborate cross-divisionally on Structured Finance Deals, Real Estate, and data management activities to support forward-looking origination strategy across chosen markets.
Required Qualifications
- Quantitative Degree / Similar business qualification or equivalent work experience appropriate to the role
- Proven experience in bank-lending or similar, with a particular focus on structured finance or real estate
Desired Qualifications
- Agency experience would be considered a positive
