Associate Director - Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Lead cost management services for large-scale data center construction projects across Northern Virginia, managing client relationships, internal teams, and multi-project programs. Perform quantity surveying, cost control, and change management throughout the project lifecycle while acting as the primary contact for reporting overall commercial and cost status. Coordinate with contractors, owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, track financial performance including margins and forecasting, and develop risk mitigation strategies using KPIs and internal controls. Drive consistent application of best practices, implement improvements to cost management processes, and lead internal and external audit processes related to quality and compliance. Advise on procurement strategies, contracting approaches, and capital planning while contributing to proposals and RFP responses for new work. Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture aligned with company values to deliver positive outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
