Job Summary
Oversee client communications and manage monthly budgets, billing, and projections for current and forecasted expenditures. Lead staff supervision, training, and mentoring while supporting recruitment and talent acquisition. Drive business development by developing fee proposals, generating revenue, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide value engineering solutions to clients and ensure seamless service delivery across hospitality and other sectors. Meet assigned business development goals regarding fee revenue and profitability targets.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- 6 to 12 years in Cost & Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying
- professional accreditation
Desired Qualifications
- Professional accreditation – MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent
