Job Summary
Associate Director, US Corporate Strategy at Servier leads strategic workstreams end-to-end and partners with senior leaders across Commercial, Medical, Finance, Insights & Analytics, and Development to translate strategy into action for the U.S. portfolio. The role requires rapidly building fluency across disease areas, identifying growth opportunities and risks, developing executive-ready analyses and presentations, coordinating cross-functional initiatives sponsored by the U.S. Leadership Team, designing and delivering business cases (ROI, NPV, breakeven), and driving transformation with speed and clarity. On-site in Boston Seaport with travel ~5-10% and a focus on delivering high-quality, actionable recommendations through cross-functional collaboration and leadership of end-to-end projects.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with business and science focus
- graduate degree (MBA, PhD) preferred
- 7+ years of professional work experience
- experience in strategy consulting and strategic role in life sciences preferred
- strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
- ability to synthesize complexity into executive-level narratives
- experience leading through influence without authority
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- understanding of oncology or rare disease markets, drug development, regulatory processes, and commercial and market access dynamics (preferred)
- MS Office tools proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel)
- travel 5-10% of the time
