Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships

Job Summary

Lead strategy and relationship management for a portfolio of corporate and foundation partners, developing multi-year engagement plans that align with organizational priorities. Cultivate, solicit, and steward high-value partnerships, including six- and seven-figure gifts and grants, while overseeing proposal creation, budgeting, and agreement execution. Identify new funding opportunities to expand the pipeline and collaborate with clinical leaders and development teams to deepen existing relationships. Mentor team members through coaching and performance management, while tracking pipeline performance and revenue forecasting through CRM systems. Prepare updates for leadership on fundraising progress and partnership outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, business development, or related fields
  • Demonstrated success managing complex partnerships and revenue-generating relationships

  • Previous experience supervising, mentoring, or leading staff
  • Experience managing revenue goals and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong relationship-building skills with donors, executives, and internal stakeholders
  • Proven success securing and growing corporate partnerships or strategic business relationships

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and portfolio management best practices
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
