Job Summary

Translate strategic priorities into integrated content plans and narratives across channels while driving associate pride and engagement through flagship events like town halls and digital communications. Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen function-wide engagement and provide selective support for external speaking engagements and social media for the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. Partner across Corporate Affairs for Executive Committee communications alignment, develop foundational frameworks to strengthen structured approaches, and own end-to-end orchestration of communications including QA and delivery timelines. Utilize advanced AI capabilities to scale impact across the Corporate Affairs function. This role sits within the Corporate Affairs Chief of Staff Office in East Hanover, NJ, with a 3x/week schedule.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, education or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Corporate Affairs/communications
  • experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly complex global environment
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution
  • experience managing multiple workstreams with clarity and structure
  • experience delivering communications and engagement programs
  • experience including leadership forums and global communications initiatives
  • Demonstrated strength in developing clear, compelling content for senior leaders
  • Experience managing internal digital channels and content ecosystems
  • Strong AI fluency
  • demonstrated experience applying AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, synthesis, and execution
  • a clear interest in continually advancing this skillset as tools and use cases evolve
  • This role is based in our East Hanover, NJ office 3x/week
  • Novartis will not sponsor visas for this position
