Job Summary

Own the end-to-end DAM platform lifecycle and governance for content capabilities and innovation, driving metadata, taxonomy, and content intelligence to enable reuse, discoverability, and data-driven decision-making. Lead DAM platform ownership, roadmaps, governance, workflows, and vendor relationships (e.g., Adobe, Veeva); oversee taxonomy, tagging standards, metadata models, and asset health; define and enforce intake, validation, publishing standards, and lifecycle management. Define and measure content performance through analytics and enable cross-functional collaboration with Brand Marketing, Creative, Operations, Analytics, Omnichannel, and IT to maximize asset value and speed-to-market. Ensure regulatory-aligned asset creation-to-approval processes (MLR), governance forums, and structured metadata contribute to enterprise data interoperability and measurable outcomes across brands, channels, and markets. Qualifications include a BS degree and 5+ years in DAM/content operations, with deep experience in DAM platforms, taxonomy/metadata governance, and content measurement; strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; and the ability to drive governance, adoption, and continuous improvement in a matrixed organization.

Required Qualifications

  • B.S. degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in content operations, DAM, marketing operations, or digital asset governance
  • Deep working knowledge in DAM platforms (e.g., Adobe AEM Assets, Veeva Vault) and asset lifecycle management
  • Proven experience designing and governing taxonomy, metadata frameworks, and tagging standards
  • Strong understanding of content creation, approval, and distribution workflows in regulated environments
  • Experience enabling content measurement through metadata, tagging, and analytics integration
  • Experience with content technologies (Adobe, Veeva, Figma, etc.) and marketing analytics, content performance measurement
  • Ability to connect content structure (taxonomy/metadata) to business outcomes (performance, cost, speed)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to define KPIs and translate data into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with omnichannel marketing ecosystems and content activation
  • Knowledge of content creation-to-approval workflows (MLR) and regulatory expectations in a biopharmaceutical or regulated industry
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated understanding of key market segments (HCP, patient, payer) and how templates and design systems accelerate content creation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to create clear component documentation, training materials, and executive presentations
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and influence brand teams without direct reporting lines
  • Demonstrated ability to influence in a large and matrixed organization
