Associate Director, Compliance, Field Commercialization (West)

Lead field-facing compliance strategy and program for Commercial and Medical organizations, serving as a senior business partner to guide compliant execution during product commercialization and indication expansion. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks while developing scalable solutions that support evolving business needs and launch activities. Own the strategy and governance of field compliance training programs, designing risk-based plans and delivering presentations at national sales meetings and leadership forums. Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and guidance documents to ensure consistent field execution, and lead oversight of auditing and monitoring activities to drive corrective actions. Partner with Legal, Commercial, and Medical leadership to align compliance strategy with organizational objectives while maintaining expert knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards.
