Job Summary
Associate Director, Commercial Training, Europe responsible for defining and executing the commercial training and capability-building strategy across Europe to support commercial excellence and product launches. Lead the rollout of the selling model in Europe, develop a KAM framework, and partner with field leaders to embed best-in-class customer-facing behaviors. Design high-impact training programs (virtual, in-person, hybrid) and coordinate with global, regional, and country teams to ensure materials are compliant and aligned with brand strategy. Manage learning operations, governance, budgeting, and vendor relationships; enable leadership development and cross-functional collaboration; drive onboarding, continuous learning, and advanced capability pathways for EU field and office-based teams. Roles require collaboration with commercial, medical, market access, HR, Compliance, and Regulatory teams, a focus on delivering measurable training effectiveness (KPIs), and up to 30% travel. Fluency in English is required; other European languages are desired. Salary range stated in CHF and location is Basel, Switzerland. Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English required
- Hematology and/or Solid Tumors experience is an advantage
- Experience with midsize/large pharmaceutical companies
- Strong facilitation, communication and influencing skills
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
- High learning agility and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to travel up to 30%
