Job Summary
Lead design and delivery of advanced financial models to support project finance decisions, alternative financing structures (including PPPs), and risk allocation in infrastructure projects; advise on financing structures, assess risks, and support evaluation/negotiation of finance arrangements; deliver hands-on commercial/financial analysis for major projects, including developing commercial frameworks and budgets; oversee large-scale transaction processes and negotiations to secure value for money and strong public outcomes; drive business growth through opportunity identification, proposals, and client relationships; mentor and lead project teams in a collaborative, problem-solving culture.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 10 years’ relevant experience in project financing, infrastructure advisory or related commercial functions.
