Job Summary
Develop and implement the strategy to accelerate Agoda's business in Malaysia, delivering on country commercial and profitability targets. Lead, coach, and develop a multifunctional team responsible for growing the local business while establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with top local and regional partners. Implement strategies with key stakeholders to enhance productivity and secure a competitive advantage by conducting market research into industry trends. Coordinate with top management on strategic planning and objectives, ensuring the successful account management of major partners.
Required Qualifications
- More than 8 years of professional experience
- Past success in leading, coaching and developing teams
- Relevant account management, business development or general management experience
- Strong numerical & analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to successfully communicate proposals to potential partners and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinker

- Experience in online/ e-commerce business
