Job Summary
Lead end-to-end biomarker strategies for Neuroscience clinical development programs, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure biomarker integration aligns with program objectives and regulatory requirements. Drive biomarker study design, assay selection and validation, data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making; oversee biospecimen strategy, sample retention, and vendor management; translate scientific concepts into study design and program execution; develop and deliver biomarker training to clinical teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- PhD required
- minimum 6 years industry experience
- minimum 8 years drug discovery & development experience preferred
- experience with biomarker development and implementation in clinical development required
- neuroscience experience strongly preferred
- excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- experience with IVD or diagnostics development preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel and Word; Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and regulatory requirements for clinical trials
