Associate Director Clinical Research (Hybrid) - Psychiatry

Lead administrative and operational leadership for strategic clinical research infrastructure initiatives within the Department of Psychiatry. Develop department-wide protocols, workflows, governance processes, and quality controls to systematically collect standardized clinical data, patient-reported information, and biospecimens. Supervise assigned program staff, manage performance expectations, and resolve operational barriers while partnering with investigators, clinical operations, and institutional stakeholders. Assist investigators with logistical planning, budget development, and proposal preparation for new clinical research projects leveraging departmental data repositories. Enhance recruitment by optimizing Epic workflows for cohort identification and study feasibility assessment. Establish training programs, standard operating procedures, and quality improvement processes to ensure regulatory compliance and protocol adherence.
