Job Summary
Associate Director, Clinical Operations for a proactive talent community. Not advertising a specific role today; seeking experienced leaders in Clinical Operations/Site Management & Monitoring to be considered for upcoming opportunities. Targets include overseeing study delivery, resource planning, and operational excellence with strong stakeholder collaboration across local leadership and cross-functional teams. Requires a person available to work in a hybrid model, 3 days per week, from the Luton office. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (or related discipline), at least 2 years in Development Operations (e.g., CRA, Sr CRA, or leadership), proven team leadership and coaching experience, solid knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, monitoring activities, and excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Development Operations (e.g., CRA, Sr CRA, or leadership roles)
- Proven experience in team leadership, performance management, and coaching
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, and monitoring activities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
