Job Summary
Review medical records, develop specialized trainings, and ensure accurate completion of physician forms while maintaining all medical records. Manage staff to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and staffing requirements from upper management, the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities, and Medicaid. Schedule medical appointments, administer medication, and conduct comprehensive assessments as necessary. Act as a liaison between the Central Office, group homes, families, and support coordinators to advocate for participants' self-expression. Collaborate with support coordinators, job coaches, and therapists to meet evolving client needs. Complete ad hoc projects and cooperate with licensee and department staff during inspections or investigations. Work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- RN License
- Must be 21 years or older
- Possess a valid New Jersey Driver's License
- Must be able to successfully complete all NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities mandated trainings within the mandated timeframes
- The requirements for checks of Criminal Background, Central Registry, Child Abuse Registry, and Drug Testing must be completed prior to working with any clients in the Day Program or Residential Program
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of management or leadership experience, preferred
- Successful administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with complex calendar management
- Proven professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.)
- Strong computer skills
