Job Summary
Associate Director, Client Success to provide day-to-day support to the client success team, act as first response for client/internal inquiries, collaborate with development/product teams to resolve technical issues, develop knowledge base documentation, implement operational efficiency improvements, contribute to projects integrating client portfolios into Derivative Path platforms, and develop internal reporting/dashboards to track client success metrics and service trends. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment are essential; leadership and team development responsibilities included.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in finance, fintech, or capital markets
- Background in finance or accounting with knowledge of derivative products, trade structures, and trade lifecycle concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in financial data
- Experience with data-driven tools, platforms, and reporting systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Collaborative mindset across Client Success, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Team-oriented approach and commitment to long-term client success
