Associate Director - Civil Infrastructure Design

Job Summary
Lead and manage civil infrastructure design across medium to large development projects in the Middle East, coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring timely delivery of design packages, and liaising with authorities to ensure regulatory compliance. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior staff and discipline engineers; oversee design reviews, value engineering, and interface with client and contractors to align design progress with program and budget; ensure sustainability and resilience in design and support permitting and approvals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical etc.)
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in Infrastructure Design/Design Management
- Experience in large scale projects ideally in KSA
- Chartered Status / Professionally recognized
- Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills
