Job Summary
Lead the cost management delivery for construction programs as an Associate Director, directing strategic planning, governance, and execution to meet client budgets and quality standards. Drive team leadership and development, stakeholder engagement, and business growth. Oversee cost benchmarks, reporting, variance analysis, value engineering, and life-cycle costing; manage invoicing and contract administration; coordinate with finance and clients to ensure successful project delivery and commercial success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 18 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in people management
- Experience in client management with client-facing environment and advisory skills to enhance project delivery on value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing
- Native-level proficiency in (local language), Business-level proficiency in English
