Job Summary
Lead the AF DCGS High Band Mission Applications Software (HBMAS) Sustainment and Development Program as the top technical authority, accountable for technical cost, schedule, and system architecture. Drive iterative Agile development across software, systems, cyber, and DevSecOps engineering while guiding sprint reviews, backlog prioritization, and PI planning. Oversee requirements, design, integration, verification, deployment, and field services for cloud-enabled mission applications ingesting critical intelligence data. Manage program-level technical risks, opportunities, and performance measures through continuous coordination with AF DCGS stakeholders. Mentor senior engineers, architects, and discipline leads within a multi-disciplinary matrixed organization.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- DoD Clearance: TS/SCI
- Active and existing security clearance on day 1
- Expertise in software-intensive systems
- Expertise in cloud architectures
- Expertise in secure data workflows
- Expertise in cyber engineering
- Expertise in DevSecOps
- Experience with classified operational systems
- DoD 8570 IAT-II certification
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum 12 years prior relevant experience
- Advanced Degree in a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience (if Advanced Degree)
- Onsite work in Aurora, CO

- DoD 8570 IAT-II (Security+ or higher)
