Job Summary
The Associate Director - Capital Project Procurement will be pivotal in planning, sourcing, and driving strategies related to manufacturing capital. Key responsibilities include leading sourcing and purchasing for major capital projects, negotiating domestic and international supply agreements, and managing supplier relationships. The role requires validated expertise in leading capital sourcing projects, strong evaluation skills, and effective management of internal relationships. Candidates should have a proven track record in capital project procurement, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry or similar sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Business
- 7 or more years in capital project experience
Desired Qualifications
- CIPS / IIPMM / ISM qualification and/or relevant Procurement experience
- Experience with commissioning/qualification
- Excellent ability to communicate– written, verbal, collaboration, and interpersonal
- Good IT literacy with the Microsoft Office suite & SAP/Ariba
