Job Summary
Lead origination, structuring, and execution of high-impact real estate transactions across the sector by engaging developers and investors on fundraising, land acquisitions, divestments, and strategic financial solutions. Advise clients on capital requirements while building long-term relationships and driving timely deal closure and fee collection. Conduct in-depth market analyses, prepare pitch books and information memorandums, and execute capital structure and liquidity assessments using advanced financial models. Manage the full lifecycle of investment banking mandates through cross-functional collaboration with research, finance, and legal teams. Coordinate site visits and investor interactions to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends
- Market and industry analysis
- Capital structure and liquidity assessment
- Financial modelling (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Pitch book and IM preparation
- Strong negotiation capabilities and the ability to manage complex, structured deals
- Excellent interpersonal and client management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and solution-oriented environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- CA / MBA or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- Proven track record of 10–15 years in land acquisition, fundraising, and real estate transaction advisory
- Demonstrated experience in handling structured deals and negotiations
- In-depth understanding of real estate market trends, regulatory frameworks, and investment landscapes
