Job Summary
Senior role bridging business, data, and AI at the intersection of business and technology. Drive transformation across US&I, Japan, and APMA regions, acting as a true translator between business, data, and analytics to maximize value and advance analytics capabilities. Lead end-to-end initiatives—from shaping ideas and setting priorities to hands-on implementation and driving adoption in the business—while partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business value and enhanced customer experience in healthcare. This position requires collaborating with senior leaders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, delivering programs, projects, and products on time, and managing the product lifecycle from roadmap to value realization. The role emphasizes contributing to execution and ensuring tangible outcomes in a multinational, cross-functional environment, with strong emphasis on strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience partnering with business leaders to deliver technology-driven transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, data, and analytics in a business context
- Demonstrated ability to manage product lifecycle, including roadmap planning and prioritization
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence without formal authority
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional, and multinational environments
- Be fluent in Japanese and English, with ability to communicate effectively across regions
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable digital and analytics solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Experience leading end-to-end deliveries of programs, projects, and products
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare or life sciences contexts (preferred)
- Ability to work across diverse regional contexts (US&I, Japan, APMA) and drive adoption of initiatives
