Job Summary

Senior role bridging business, data, and AI at the intersection of business and technology. Drive transformation across US&I, Japan, and APMA regions, acting as a true translator between business, data, and analytics to maximize value and advance analytics capabilities. Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience partnering with business leaders to deliver technology-driven transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, data, and analytics in a business context
  • Demonstrated ability to manage product lifecycle, including roadmap planning and prioritization
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence without formal authority
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional, and multinational environments
  • Be fluent in Japanese and English, with ability to communicate effectively across regions
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable digital and analytics solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Experience leading end-to-end deliveries of programs, projects, and products
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in healthcare or life sciences contexts (preferred)
  • Ability to work across diverse regional contexts (US&I, Japan, APMA) and drive adoption of initiatives
