Job Summary
Associate/Director-level Business Manager for Global Quantitative Analytics (GQA) at Apollo. Serves as chief of staff to the Head of GQA, driving operational execution, managing cross-functional relationships, and ensuring a multi-workstream organization runs efficiently. Owns GQA’s operating cadence (business reviews, planning cycles, leadership updates), interfaces with COO, Finance, Technology, Human Capital, Legal, and Compliance, and coordinates cross-functional workstreams. Partners with Finance and Human Capital on headcount planning, budgeting, and vendor relationships; builds and maintains operational reporting; drafts communications for leadership; and identifies AI tools and workflow improvements to increase efficiency. Requires 3–12 years in relevant roles; title may be Associate or Director, reflecting seniority. The role is based in New York, NY with in-person requirements; compensation ranges from $175,000 to $250,000 plus bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- 3–12 years of experience in business management, COO, chief of staff, or operations within asset management, investment banking, or a quantitative/technology-intensive financial services environment
