Job Summary
Associate Director-level role focused on leading evaluation, valuation modeling, and business case development for strategic growth opportunities in biopharma, including licensing, partnerships, and M&A. Responsibilities include building and maintaining an active pipeline, conducting comprehensive valuation and deal analytics (NPV, DCF, scenario analyses), leading deal structuring and transaction support, coordinating cross-functional due diligence and governance materials, and supporting portfolio strategy and external engagement. Requires advanced Excel/financial modeling, strong presentation skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams, travel up to 30%, and a Bachelor’s degree with at least seven years of relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.
