Job Summary
Lead delivery of tax and accounting solutions for privately owned businesses, family groups, SMEs, trusts, partnerships, and international structures. Act as a trusted advisor building strong client relationships, overseeing complex compliance work, and driving strategic advisory engagements including structuring and business transformation projects. Take ownership of a significant client portfolio by leading meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions with senior stakeholders. Collaborate across KPMG to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary solutions while contributing to business development and identifying growth opportunities. Lead, coach, and inspire a team by fostering a high-performance culture, managing resource planning, and supporting capability uplift across the group.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience at Senior Manager or Associate Director level within a professional services or advisory environment
- Strong background in private business tax, accounting, and advisory services
- Demonstrated experience managing complex client engagements and stakeholder relationships
- Track record of leading, coaching and developing teams
- Experience across a mix of compliance and advisory work, including structuring and mid-market client issues
- Strong commercial acumen with an ability to contribute to business development and growth initiatives
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. CA/CPA or equivalent)
