Job Summary
Associate Director, Business Analytics for HCP & DTC Client Solutions to lead analytics, measurement, and optimization efforts for healthcare campaigns across HCP and DTC initiatives. Partners with analytics leadership, Data Science, Audience Intelligence, and client teams to evolve analytics from descriptive reporting to proactive decision support. Responsible for integrated measurement planning, dashboards and reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and translating data into actionable insights and recommendations. Requires deep knowledge of healthcare media ecosystems, omnichannel analytics, campaign measurement, attribution, and vendor/RFP involvement. Role emphasizes strategic storytelling, scalable analytics outputs, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Salary range $110,000–$135,000 USD; benefits include medical/dental, 401(k), flexible spending, and other programs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, marketing science, media analytics, or business intelligence
- Healthcare/pharma analytics experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of HCP media ecosystems, DTC / patient engagement analytics, campaign measurement, omnichannel analytics, media optimization
- Experience developing campaign analytics frameworks, dashboards and reporting solutions, measurement plans, client-facing presentations
- Familiarity with attribution methodologies, audience analytics, digital optimization frameworks, healthcare data ecosystems
- Tableau or BI platforms; SQL preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience working in cross-functional client environments
- Experience with advanced analytics tools a plus
