Job Summary
Advance Kraft Heinz's North American brand PR and communications strategy, ensuring alignment to business priorities and long-term equity building. Spearhead earned media efforts by partnering with marketing, creative, legal, and agency teams to design high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, cultural relevance, and measurable business outcomes. Serve as an internal culture intelligence function, identifying narratives that connect brand purpose to consumer moments while acting as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on reputational risk and opportunity spaces. Manage external PR agencies by setting clear strategy, expectations, and performance metrics, ensuring all communications reflect the Company's core values. Operate as a key connector across the organization, embedding brand PR early in planning cycles to integrate fully with marketing and creative functions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly assess complex situations and make sound decisions
- Strong instinct for what is – and isn't – a story, with a clear understanding of reputational risk vs. opportunity
- Comfort making decisions with incomplete information
- Confident, credible advisor to senior leaders; able to challenge constructively and influence decisions
- Naturally curious with a sharp editorial mindset
- Deep interest in culture, media and how attention shifts
- Strong understanding of how earned media influences the information large language models learn from and surface in responses
