Job Summary
Associate Director overseeing Biz Trans Excellence within the Audit Technology organization. Responsible for collecting, assessing, and reviewing process data across the Audit Tech group; drive content collection and analysis for the external-facing Service Catalog and shape UI/UX requirements to guide how customers consume the Service Catalog; manage and maintain Service Catalog content to ensure continuous improvement; collaborate with Transformation Lead to align with organizational priorities and IT-as-Business focus; coordinate with Audit Tech stakeholders to ensure governance of centralized processes; drive change management plans for key operational processes including communication, awareness, and training; contribute to holistic metrics and KPIs programs with updates and new measurements reflecting organizational changes; based in Bangalore, India.
