Job Summary
Support the Director Automotive in scaling the segment by developing innovative ideas for structured execution and implementing strategies based on market observations. Acquire new clients for interim and permanent placements while expanding key accounts within the existing portfolio, focusing on Mittelstand and corporations. Manage placement processes for international mandates, conduct targeted candidate and client interviews, and serve as a brand ambassador for KEYPLAYER on upper leadership levels. Build and maintain close relationships with the Senior Advisor Board to identify additional advisors.
Required Qualifications
- Personalberatung mit einschlägiger Erfahrung aus der Praxis
