Job Summary
Associate Director, Asset Management responsible for leading the development and deployment of asset life cycle management for campus equipment and engineering infrastructure. Lead a team or group of project engineers to deliver programs from inception to completion, collaborating with Global/Site Engineering to meet timelines, cost and operational readiness. Provide technical leadership in daily operations, manage demand vs. supply, coordinate assets across the team, and oversee supplier performance to ensure cost-efficient, compliant operation. Drive KPIs across efficiency, quality, safety, schedule and cost while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture. Promote Continuous Improvement, lean/cost-efficient operations, autonomous manufacturing, environmental sustainability, and technology introduction. In-person work at the Singapore campus is expected, with a balance between office presence and flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Professional Engineering Qualifications
- Sound knowledge of cGMP, Safety, Health and Environment, and local regulatory requirements
- Experience with data analytics and data management
- Project management and change management skills
- Technical mastery in core Engineering areas and cross-functional competence
- Experience in managing teams and suppliers/contractors
