Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Associates, coordinating job assignments for optimal utilization and reviewing project budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Act as Senior Project Manager for assigned projects, ensuring quality assurance, monitoring project phases, and managing accounts receivable while mentoring staff to support their career development. Provide technical development across various project types including façade restoration, exterior rehabilitation, historic preservation, and forensic investigation. Report on staffing needs and workload to the Studio Director and assist in recruitment, onboarding, and business development. Travel to local job sites as required.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Knowledgeable of NYC Building Codes
- Travel requirements: To local job sites as required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with façade restoration and building envelope consulting
- Certified QEWI (Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector)
- Professional certifications or licenses (e.g., RA, PE)
- Work at heights – support and suspended scaffolding
