Job Summary
Execute on new product launches and ongoing oversight of Corebridge Retirement Services suite of annuity products, including group and individual offerings across fixed, fixed indexed, RILA, and variable lines. Drive design and implementation of products for defined contribution plans and retail markets while conducting market research and competitive intelligence to inform new product development. Maintain expertise in operational practices, industry trends, and regulatory issues to serve as a subject matter expert for technical and general inquiries. Coordinate project lifecycles with cross-functional teams including IT, legal, compliance, finance, sales, and marketing to ensure timely execution of product timelines and specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Annuity Product and Administration/Operations knowledge
- Retirement industry knowledge
- Retirement Plan knowledge
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and able to quickly assess and modify priorities as required when deadlines change
- Fundamental knowledge of Project Management methodologies, both waterfall and AGILE
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Series 6 license
Desired Qualifications
- LIMRA/LOMA certifications in annuity and/or retirement products
