Job Summary
Lead AI transformation and execution roadmap for patient support services across key Therapeutic Areas; be the end-to-end product owner for AI/ML solutions supporting patient engagement; collaborate with PECS, brand sales/marketing, analytics, and IT; ensure patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance; identify and quantify patient journey problems to intervene effectively; drive use-case centric evaluation of data sets and methodologies; establish measurement frameworks and conduct A/B testing; influence senior stakeholders and foster adoption of AI solutions; mentor and lead a team; requires 8+ years healthcare analytics and a Bachelor's degree (Master preferred); based in Titusville, NJ with up to 15% travel.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience in healthcare, analytics, data science, marketing, management consulting or related field is required
- Master degree preferred
- Experience with handling budget responsibility of over $2M annually
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
- Hands-on use of AI tools in their daily workflows (e.g., Claude Code, ChatGPT, Copilot) is preferred
- Hands-on experience in predictive analytics and machine learning techniques and their real-world applications is preferred
- This position is based in Titusville, NJ and requires up to 15% domestic travel
