Job Summary
Lead AI transformation and execution roadmap for patient engagement AI/ML solutions across Therapeutic Areas; serve as end-to-end product owner for AI/ML solutions supporting patient engagement and adherence; collaborate with PECS, brand sales and marketing, IT, and data science teams; ensure patient confidentiality and compliance; identify and quantify problems across the patient journey and evaluate data sets/methodologies to improve predictive capabilities; drive adoption of AI solutions in patient support services with senior stakeholder influence and coaching of team members.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience in healthcare, analytics, data science, marketing, management consulting or related field is required
- Master degree preferred
