Job Summary
Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions to enhance controls, lineage, data quality, and anomaly detection using modern frameworks like LangChain and agentic AI systems. Collaborate with CM data governance, Chief Data Office, and stakeholder teams to embed AI capabilities into the controls framework while ensuring adherence to data governance policies. Lead the evaluation and adoption of RAG models to automate repetitive tasks and streamline controls workflows. Work alongside Business/Technology Owners and Data Stewards to prototype AI solutions that deliver business outcomes and enable value creation. Thrive in a fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines during peak periods while maintaining flexibility for global collaboration across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of related experience leading in execution, delivery
- Knowledge of Data lifecycle
- Hands on with app development and AI tooling
- 3+ years with leading banks and organizations on data governance, controls framework and strong awareness of tech architecture
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with senior management across IT and business
- Ability to learn & adapt in a dynamic environment
