Associate Director, AI & Business Transformation

Lead multi-disciplinary client engagements to design and implement AI-enabled transformation programs across enterprise operations. Responsibilities include mapping current-state workflows, redesigning processes, designing operating models, establishing baselines, identifying value gaps, building AI-powered prototypes directly (LLM APIs, platform-native features; no-code/low-code), evaluating where AI changes a workflow or becomes a distraction, advising on adoption, and supporting rollout. Design enablement materials and ensure technology implementations connect to the operating model. Able to scope and build working proof-of-concept within client engagements, with fast, focused delivery to move skeptical stakeholders. 5-10 years in management consulting or equivalent roles in enterprise technology, SaaS, or professional services; demonstrated experience in organizational design, operating model transformation, change management, technology enablement, process engineering, or go-to-market execution; hands-on experience delivering functional prototypes. Willingness to travel within the US (10-20%). Bachelor’s degree required.
