Associate Director, Agency Recruitment and Development

Collaborate with Field Force, Agency Directors, and departments to support all company recruitment initiatives aimed at growing agency manpower. Design, promote, and execute recruitment campaigns via various channels, while planning seminars and training workshops to drive agency activities. Organize training sessions, develop recruitment materials and tools, and maintain content across platforms. Enhance agency communication through district meetings and prepare articles for newsletters to share recruitment updates. Provide ad hoc support to other agency functions and assist in running regular recruitment events. Requires a degree in Finance, Marketing, or Communications with at least 10 years of insurance industry experience, including 3 years in a managerial role. Hybrid working arrangement applies.
