Job Summary
Associate Director, Advisory at Turner & Townsend. Lead and support consulting commissions, oversee client engagement and team leadership across NSW, Australia & New Zealand. Responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of advisory and consulting services, delivering projects on time and within cost targets, and producing clear client-facing reports. Manages advisory/consulting teams in NSW and Australia/New Zealand, provides services across commercial, procurement, project, cost, contract, and program management. Drives complex organisational transformations, stakeholder engagement, and value delivery through change management, visual analytics, and performance insights. Supports development of consulting and advisory sales opportunities, bids, and propositions, leveraging decades of experience in capital projects and portfolios. Requires a university degree and extensive consulting/ex advisory background, with professional accreditation desirable.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Program Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business or Economics
- Experience delivering capital projects, programs and/or portfolios
- Minimum 10+ years of consulting and advisory experience
- Previous experience working for a consultancy organization
- Professional accreditation desirable (PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt)
- Good communication skills
- Team collaboration in multidisciplinary environments
