Job Summary
Define target user personas, priority operational use cases, and expected user behaviors for assigned digital products, AI-enabled capabilities, and new ways of working. Map workflow entry points, identify dependencies, and develop activation roadmaps that embed data and AI capabilities into daily operational workflows. Partner with Product Managers, Business Process Owners, and senior stakeholders to redesign workflows so effective use becomes routine practice. Conduct user observations, workflow friction mapping, and query performance analysis to translate findings into actionable recommendations for product usability and operational value. Design and lead capability activation pilots, define practical usage scenarios, and evaluate deployment readiness to provide go, adapt, or delay recommendations. Develop scalable enablement assets, including workflow guidance and job aids, while monitoring adoption health to drive corrective actions and sustainment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences or technology
- Demonstrated ability to understand business, user and operational needs and translate them into practical workflows, digital capabilities or AI-enabled ways of working
- Experience working across functions and influencing senior stakeholders to align priorities, resolve challenges and support business decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative evidence, analyse workflow performance and usage patterns, identify adoption barriers and recommend practical improvements
- Strong leadership, communication and facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops, influencing decisions and coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority
