Associate Director, Acquisition Marketing

Job Summary
Develop and execute acquisition marketing strategy across paid search, social, affiliate, SEO, and emerging digital channels to drive customer and merchant growth. Lead performance of acquisition programs by forecasting, budgeting, and measuring results while optimizing creative, messaging, and landing pages. Manage the affiliate marketing program to grow strategic partnerships and improve attribution. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams to deliver seamless acquisition experiences and lead merchant lifecycle initiatives. Provide leadership and coaching to build a high-performing team culture. This role requires 10+ years in digital acquisition marketing with a hybrid schedule including team connection days in the Sydney office.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience leading acquisition, performance or growth marketing within fast paced digital businesses
- Proven success managing multi channel acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate marketing and SEO
- Strong commercial acumen with experience optimising marketing investment through data driven decision making and experimentation
- Demonstrated experience leading affiliate partnerships and delivering measurable growth outcomes
- Advanced analytical capability with experience using platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager to generate actionable insights
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Data and Commercial teams to deliver cross functional initiatives
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and develop high performing teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and strategic planning skills
- An aptitude for identifying and managing risks
