Associate Director-ACH

Associate Director-ACH Operations provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across people, process, and business dimensions, supporting the ACH leader and Director, ACH Operations. Partners with GDC leaders to ensure coordination of ACH strategy, budgets, and activities; acts as a trusted advisor and often communicates with US and global stakeholders. Responsible for coordinating ACH operational activities and fostering cohesion with other GDC groups to support overall goals. Key responsibilities include leading operational activities for a large span of professionals across Bangalore, Kochi, and Kolkata; driving attrition strategies and employee engagement; ensuring training and CPE compliance; supporting the US Rotation program; collaborating with groups to deliver financial and operational priorities; driving process improvements, data analysis, and internal communications; supporting change management and regulatory compliance; and contributing to strategic initiatives and idea generation.
