Associate Director-ACH

Associate Director, ACH Operations leads strategic and operational oversight of ACH-related activities across a broad, global stakeholder network, driving performance management, attrition management, employee engagement, and training/compliance programs. The role coordinates with US Rotation programs and works with multiple GDC groups to align ACH strategy, budgets, and communications, while overseeing process standardization, data analysis, and governance to ensure audit quality and regulatory compliance. Key focus areas include managing a large team across Bangalore, Kochi, and Kolkata; driving innovation and efficiency through tool adoption and process improvements; supporting change management and strategic projects; and acting as a trusted advisor to the ACH leader with strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
