Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers across experience levels to support client and business needs. Partner with Sales leadership to manage priorities, ensure exceptional service across key advertising partnerships, and drive revenue through campaigns from pre-sale planning to delivery and billing. Establish operational rigor, monitor pipeline, collaborate cross-functionally to optimize campaigns, analyze performance, support renewals, and identify incremental opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in media, sales planning, account management, advertising strategy, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
- Strong understanding of digital advertising products, media planning, campaign execution, and client service best practices
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with advertising platforms such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager or similar systems
- Based in New York City with a hybrid work schedule
