Associate Director, Account Management

Job Summary
Associate Director, Account Management responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic global accounts with a focus on deepening client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and leading multi-service proposals and commercial engagements. Key duties include serving as primary client contact, conducting strategic business reviews, developing account plans, presenting solutions (Concentrix or partner technology), overseeing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and closure, supporting RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, leading contract renewals and negotiations, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Support, Operations, Finance, and Product. The role requires strong consultative selling and relationship management with executive stakeholders, experience in strategic account management or client-facing roles (ideally in BPO, technology, or enterprise services), familiarity with content moderation/financial crime/compliance or B2B environments preferred, and travel flexibility (~20%). A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is a plus. Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office is expected. Location is UK-based remote work options with primary focus on global accounts.”,
